Swedish champs relay, first leg. Our team had a bad day but my race was all right, small mistake on the final loop but other than that it was fine :) I was too tired today though, so lost a lot of time just because of that... No energy for any sort of cool down.

The final! I'm happy with this race, it wasn't perfect, but it was good. The first 5 controls went really well, but then I had bad legs on 6,7,8 and 9. No real mistakes except for 8 (1 minute+, bad), but lots of hesitations and no flow in that part so I lost a lot of time there. Then 1 long leg to the run through that was good, but during the actual arena passage I tripped in front of everyone and it hurt... Lost a little focus there but the last loop was still okay, got stuck in a fence for a looong time (probably only 5 sec but it felt like 15...) but happy with the race! It was really tight though, see splits, lots of great runners did well today. Got 17th.

Middle quali. Went well, took it easy. Started late for some reason so I knew when I finished that I made the cut, ended up in 9th (15 made it through) after a couple of small mistakes in the end (1 minute in total). Going to the second control my contact lense on the left side got torn apart, and my eye didn't do to well either, so I ran almost the entire course with one working eye... And it's still really bad :(

Mistakes on 3, 12 and 14 (and bad execution to 13), but overall a good race. Splits:

Home for the weekend! Just some fast intervals with long rest so I can feel speedy :) love how they didn't turn the lights on until it was already dark, it got a little scary...

4*(45-35-25s), 30 s rest and 2 minute set rest. Full speed pretty much. Lots of fun!

5 x 3 minutes, 90 s rest. Not pushing too hard, but my speed was still pretty decent :) 4.10 ish for all of them, on a hilly trail, just after being sick makes me feel good about the upcoming weekends!
