Relay! Ran by myself for all of it, just taking it easy to save the legs. My team didn't have a last leg runner so it was perfect for a slow run just enjoying the terrain and the sun.

Could this be the toughest training of 2017 this far? I believe so yes. The sprint yesterday was one thing cause after all I have been running a bit on hard surface, but today was more than my body could handle. But lots of fun still and amazing terrain! Norway is crazy beautiful. Navigation was okay, small mistakes here and there, but the biggest struggle was running fast (ish) in the forest and pretty much died after 14. Had a couple decent downhill legs though!

Great fun! First sprint race since JEC I think? Went well until the final loop in the forest, but I'm very happy with how good my body felt throughout the race. Flow was decent until the end too. And splits also good until 14 and 15 haha
