No watch but estimating time and guessing the intervals were 1.7 - 1.7 - 1.3 since I shortened the last one a bit (as planned). Felt really good, breathing was easy and could keep a steady pace. Left leg hurting above and behind that inner foot ankle thing, probably nothing.
Without metal shoes which made slopes painfully scary and slow, fun otherwise. Great weather.

First interval session in forever! If I say it was fun that would be a lie, but it's nice to be done :) 6-4-4-2-2-1-1 half rest, very hilly which was great in the downhills. (Didn't realize we were running so fast while doing it! Really happy with this as a first interval training yay)
