4-6-8-6-4 90 s rest, with GMOK. Everyone was way too fast for me, and since the intervals were so long I never even tried to stick with them. Instead tried to keep a steady tempo pace for the entire workout thinking it was better to be safe than die half way through. Really happy with this, felt strong! No lactic which is like a first time for me.
