Leg went bad after intervals on Wednesday so tried it out again after 2 days of complete rest. Not too good to be honest. It didn't hurt but felt it for the most part. I'll just do crosstraining for another couple days.

Running intervals 19:00 [4] 4.5 km (4:13 / km)

3 x 1.5 k in Slottskogen. Real nice little loop, slightly uphill first half slightly downhill last. Perfect for keeping the speed up all way through. 2 minute rest. Felt great today actually. Not that strange since no running for two days but always nice to feel fast!
