It was just enough grip to make running (jogging) possible, but with every step you slipped a bit. Can't say I'm that impressed by my behavior on the downhills, but didn't fall at least ;)

8 x 90s 60 rest, so mostly doing this cause I need speed. Good one to get back to some faster running. Kinda of slippery today too though, it's really getting to my calves.

From school to Slottskogen, two laps around, back up. A bit slippery from time to time, and calves were very tight unfortunately. Guess it's time to invest in a foam roller.

Bad headache, not sure why? A bit sad if it's from 1 day of school haha. Anyway just slept instead of training.
