Extremely tired, and stayed that way
Running intervals 30:00  5.3 km (5:40 / km)
4 x 6 minutes with 90 s rest. Died half way through the second one without even going that fast, and windpipes were bad too. Think it might be from spending all day in the lab, but it shouldn't affect me this much? Dunno if it was smart to finish the workout but att least I pushed hard. Rest included, rested extra after the third one and tempoed the last interval.
