With Nisse on tiny trails. No big hills but it was never flat, and snow everywhere made it a bit more challenging. This was rather fast actually considering that. Also fell big time, it must have been beautiful to watch as I was flying through the air.

Strength with gmok, luckily I could warm up since it was a 5-minute walk to get there

Wasn't feeling running intervals, and was also in school until 6 so missed the gmok ones. But did feel like intervals! This is also rest.

3 x 10 minutes, 2 rest. Felt strong, starting to think the cold just isn't my thing. This was nice and warm you see
