First 5 k were easy, then realized I was going fast and just kept it up. From home up to school, down to Slottskogen, couple laps there, and then to Järntorget where I took the bus home.

5x(8x15/15), with 2 minutes fast running downhill as "rest". Then 30 s actual rest between sets. The hill was almost exactly 500 m, sweet

Ice cold and risking you're life running outside, but it was sunny and amazing. With everything being so slippery it was impossible to run fast, first k took me 8.20
