Watched Kokoda then had an espresso. Then watched V for Vendetta and had a second espresso. Finished the day with the IMAX Everest doco.

Had my wisdom removed and became a dumbass so stayed home and watched Pitch Black, Simpsons, Mash, plenty of Futurama and finished off with Lara Croft.

Easy running from home up to secret hill on Bruce Ridge, recovery between ints and cruise home.

5 x 2min hill intervals with jog down recovery (~2.5mins). HR ave (max): 148 (164), 159 (169), 161 (173), 160 (173), 162 (176). Struggling to get the old hr up tis morn.

Cruise around Bruce Ridge, and around and around. Riding with Cowie but saw Devo being devious. Me and Cowie participated briefly in some guys filming for a tv ad, which finished when the star we were meant to follow down the hill stacked in front of us. New tracks are good fun. Rode the last half hour in the dark with the old headlamp.

Steady run on trails around Ainslie and Majura. Feeling ok, pretty stuffed by the end but. Baked bean, tomato and cheese toasted sangers fixed that up.

40 mins cycling rolling down to dentist and back. Booked in to get my wisdom teeth out friday. sweet, rice cream and coffee for a week.
