cruised out to stromlo for a big lap with warlders and sketch. had a stack and smashed my phone. i was going through a phase where nothing was going wrong, everything i dropped i caught before it hit the ground. now i'm crashing, breaking stuff (finger, frame, phone) etc etc...

ride with pete, me and dapre through the cotter, round past tidbinbilla and up to corrin dam, then back home via point hutt xing and woden. going ok but still feeling like this cold is hanging on. the climbs up to corrin forest (from both sides) were good, and the descents were even better. next weekend is gonna be tough...

out near tidbinbilla we saw 3 massive eagle-type birds with big wedge-shaped tails hunting. awesome sight, not sure what they were.

still feeling pretty hordinary and coughing up green stuff so just cruised this morning hoping to build up an apetite for pancakes at my hotel... went along the cyclepath along the torrens down to the beach and back. had some commuter races. fun.

Wednesday Nov 21

rolled from north adelaide up crafers bikeway to mt lofty, then along to norton summit and down the hill, turned and climbed back up norton summit road and rolled back into town. super ride.

ate pizza for entre (garlic pizza, chilli pizza, herb pizza), main (fellini pizza) and dessert (cherry ripe pizza) at conference dinner. mmm.

Tuesday Nov 20

cruised from my hotel in north adelaide down the torrens line of weed for a bit. feeling ordinary still, and my hip flexors and calves got smashed running on the weekend...

finished up with some dinner, a few beers (little creatures and mountain goat on tap!) with damo dawson at the wheatsheaf and a custard tart at the 24 hour cafe de vili's (the pie guy).
