Cruisy ride on stromlo with TimA.

Ran with Roy on his mtb over to stromlo. Did some single track then stopped at the grass running track and ran with Roy around the 1km loop (in preparation for his school xc) in 5:07. He wanted to go again straight away so we did - second lap in 4:48! Pretty impressed. Then he got back on his bike and we cruised home to watch iFish.

Funny, a couple of weeks ago I was telling Bertbennett about the Rob Vincent vs his pants elastic and Rob Plowright at Easter 87, I just saw on FakeBook that OQ did a thing on it here.

I tried for ages without any luck to find that photo for the NIN3Days memes!

First mtb ride since dislocating my shoulder, and first since putting a new xt 1x11 groupset on. Sweet. Did the southern part of the centenary trail, from home around to the north end of Red Hill then home from there. Tried out the spine mtb track in Isaacs instead of the fire trail at the bottom, nice and smooth.

Yep sure am sore today. Playing cricket with the boys was pretty painful!

Played indoor cricket... First time ever playing indoor, and first time playing "competitive" cricket for maybe 14-15 years? So of course I will be very sore tomorrow.
