2 hour classic ski as the first leg of our long workout today in Afton. Loop up River Road and down Trading Post.

Hour and a half run w/ Torsten and Slam in Afton State Park and then back to the parking lot across from Selma's. Second leg of today's adventure.

Before running intervals I did a quick but hard strength circuit at my house.

I missed normal practice, but then went to help with the Fast Kids adventure race up in the prairie in the back 40. I warmed up with the younger kids and then did 5 L3 intervals on the race course. They took about 8.5 minutes and I took about 2.5 minutes rest in between each interval. It was really rainy and muddy which made it fun to run. After, the intervals I ran back to the main chalet at Wirth.

Skate ski starting at Wirth Beach. Practiced double pole sprint starts in Bryn Maur with Brian Gregg. Then we went to the Cedar lake trail and used bands with poles 5 times. 5 min on, 5 min off. I used yellow bands. It was a pretty easy workout.
