| Wednesday night training with toph and james, set a course on ironstone hill 71 controls in 7.4kms. pretty hard couldnt find the right places for a few of them, partly cos the map was a bit suspect in places and partly cos i was racing to keep toph behind me |

| 4 x 1km intervals, really struggled today, it was absolutely pissing down with rain the whole time and thermals felt like they weighed about 2kg heavier, track was covered in water which made it hard to keep up the pace
