| intervals around lake weerona with leon, ross, birchy and jimbo on the bike. 5 x 3min with 1min recovery in between worked out to be a bit less than 1km intervals. really good session. was feeling good. a lot better than i have been lately . i think ill make this group session a regular. feeling a lot better than i was earlier today and yesterday. thing the colds gone. ill keep eating oranges though just to be sure. was good to see jimbo was up and about after the weekend |
