Wasn't a difficult course to navigate. It was just a smoker. I mean, I did awful this weekend and getting 2nd in the nation in M-18 is almost a slap in the face because it was still a poor performance today. Oh well, last one of the year and hopefully I'll be on the team next semester.

Won yet another fight. Absolutely kicked the guys ass, no understatement on this one. Got dinged on the grade, an 82. I honestly don't get DPE, but oh well I had fun with it.

"Review Day" before our graded evaluation on Friday. Had more practice with the job and the cross. I felt pretty solid and I'm looking forward to kicking some ass (but probably not getting a good grade) on Friday.

Run from Pershing Barracks to Round Pound sign. Getting to Round Pound was terrible and I went really slow since it was basically 4 miles all uphill. But, the way back was fun as I probably went sub-6 the entire way since I had broken through my runner's wall.

-40 V-ups
-50 heel touchers
-60 Russian twists
-70 sit-ups
-30 second left then right plank
-1 minute plank
and then all the way back down the pyramid.
