I will do an off-road test after every four week period.

The test-round is 1,77 km long and contains 85 hm. This time I ran it 2 times but I will extend it to 3 times from next time on that it is a bit more relevant.

From next time on I will also do a 3000m Test on the day before the off-road test.

I have planned that to be able to see if I got better or worse in the terrain and also on the track. So I can react earlier if is not working well.

Ran two times 4km with 4 minutes break in between.
Had no planned pace. Just startet with the other guys. In the end I ran most of the time 3:40/km.
