not sure exactly how long i think it was abit further. pushed it pretty hard to keep up with some of the older guys in the club. felt pretty good and knee was going well!!! really nice sunset

about 24 km. the wind picked up to make it alot harder but was still a really nice day for a ride. glad i got up to do it. neck was a little sore still

Not sure exactly how long we went. did the loop I usually run but abit more in Kalamunda. with a 13kg pack. i feel fine after, my friend needs abit more training to get used to the hills.

was going to do 5 days on the bib after exams but i dont know if i can join the girls now. abit disappointing

was supposed to go to intervals and was really motviated but got a call from a friend who really needed some help so had to spend the arvo with her. hte important thing was that the motivation was there which is what i am struggling with most. i got that at least

ran basically by myself coz no one else was doing the long one. was pretty happy coz didnt feel like i was going to be able to do a very fast run. not htat fast but not too bad. knee was good too!!

did a long run at kalamunda. have been really struggling with motivation for training recently. but i sitll love getting out there so at leasti did something this weekend, hopefully next week will be abit better.
felt pretty good but didnt bring a carbo shot or anything so struggled abit in the end. and fell into a big mud hole on the road and had to wash my leg and shoe off.
