| pretty moderate run with adrian, could feel my quads and my gluts a little from yesterday but pretty good compared to what i was expecting. felt like shit yesterday afternoon while going to my clinic and after dont know hwy, was ok at work |

quads are sore from the squats and lunges.
when doing iceps curls i could feel all my forearm flexors of the left arm alot, dont know hwy wasnt doing anything different and couldnt stop it, doesnt feel too bad after though |
