Note
spent all of today wroking on the drink station at the ironman, was a long day!!!! so tired and I didnt even compete, i admire every person out there even trying to finish that. crazy but amazing

Running race (fun run) 24:32 [4] 5 km (4:54 / km) vdot: 39.2
did the busselton fun run. ran with dad so when he slowed on the second lap i slowed down with him, so i know i could have done better but i was still struggling alot during the run. had sprint finish at the end with dad, he pipped me, only coz he had been saving up all his energy in the last lap....

i better get a better time next race

first time doing this class in awhile went to the morning class and had fun doing it, the instructor is really good, funny guy.

first run back. felt really unfit and struggled more thani have in years, can really feel the fittness I have lost. oh well lets seee that pick up

yeah today is the first day of the healthy me.

finally finished exams
have time to do stuff and dont have to sit on my arse studying for 12 hours each day!!!!

work is a breeze compared. cant wait to get back intot he full swing of training again

Touch rugby tempo (game) 40:00 [4]
got roped into a game of touch rugby in a mixed team. Got quite tired running around but really enjoyed it. Wasnt as bad as I expected. might do it again!!
