| went it the morning with mum and dad, did some laps around the buoys, found that i bend togetmy head out of the water alot more in the ocean, of course coz i cant swim straight! wasnt too bed, really cold getting in but great once you got going | ||

| straight after getting out of water went for a run along the beach, legs were fine of course but could feel that the lungs will be gone fr in the tri when i have to start riding. maybe i will ride to the gym to swim and then ride home. get used to getting on the bike after!! | ||

| helped out mum and dad setting up the fun run and then ran the 5km. am really happy with my time at this point but knew it would be alright coz i was pushing prety hard from the get go. first km in about 445 i think. felt good. hope i go down from here!!

| did the long run for the first time in awhile. felt ok doing it but really hard to work hard to keep up any sort of pace.
am pretty happy with the time at this point, was pretty hot. 20'53 19'40 each half, have to work on that alot thinking of joining nicole on thursdays for intervals, will tyr next week hopefully borrowed caths road bike today, soooo weird riding on it it is going to take me awhile to get used to it i think!!!! | ||
