| had a pretty slow start but felt pretty good for mos tof the race and finished well, should have pushed harder. event just in bunbury so small crowd, i won the long course 3 min in front of ben halligan. | ||

| didnt know if i would be able to finish the whole ride coz the wind was so bad but I managed to do the whole 2 hours. stopped after an hour for 2 min to stretch out back and relax abit then went again. just around the river, along the freeway up to the tri loop and then around to the burswood and home.
was aot slower for most of it today coz of the wind but didnt feel too bad on the way home. traps were not too bad considering the time. | ||

| did continuous 800m interval follwed by 200m recovery jog x10
felt quite sore in my VMO at the start, i am guessing from riding yesterday but that went away pretty quickly but my right hip was quite sore right to the end almost like ITB rubbing but like posterolat part of the joint, mmmm doesnt hurt as soon as i stop but left hip capsule soreness when internally rotating all of today. have tried to stretch it out helps a little but doesnt go away. damn hips, getting just as bad as the knees! times 3'25 1'17 3'31 1'16 3'35 1'21 3'35 1'32 3'32 1'43 included drink 3'32 1'28 3'36 1'34 3'31 1'39 3'31 1'30 3'28 was happy that i could keep the pace up i think i had to be around 3'35 for 4'30/km | ||

| felt pretty good through the ride, traps were sore at the end but bearable.
did a loop of the tri course in 20min so i hope to do about 40 on the day. riding along the river I saw so many jellyfish, i dont like the look of that, it is going to be interesting swimming during the race | ||

| felt prettytired today but got a good time so cant complain.
richard and mark got ahead quite quickly at the start, i didnt have it in me to keep up but i started getting closer again about half way. trid to catch richard at the end but he was too fast for me!! oh well | ||

| girls had one sub so not on whole game. was our semi finals but we lost 4-2 but oh well i think we played really well anyway. they were a really good team. | ||
