i think that was baout my time. mmm not quite sure.

didnt really make any mistakes today but just couldnt keep myself running. too tried and not ready for that distancewith all the hills. still got pretty well placed but could have pushed harder i think.

dhanny caught up on the way to 3 and i stayed with her til half way through 4 got pretty good times for those splits suprise suprise

made a few scrappy errors that all added up but other than that just couldnt keep up with the pace. hanny did close to 5min/km crazy

Event: Australian Easter Orienteering Carnival

didnt really make any mistakes which was good and had a SA girl in front of me for thewhole race so she helped me with exit directions and leading into controls for alot of them so I was able to run alot harder then i usually would coz I didnt keep checking the map as much as i normally would.

Tuesday Apr 3

Running hills (Kings Park run) 34:24 [4] 6.5 km (5:18 / km)
shoes: Asics Kayano
did the shorter loop today. felt ok running did 14'59 for the first bit and then 19'25 which is slower than i would like but not that bad. dont know why i was that much slower in the second bit though. i suppose i wasnt fully pushing it.

knees were fine, felt tired at work today but might be coz didnt have much for lunch
