| didnt warm up so spent the first 20 mins of the race doing so. therefore first ew legs were slow. had trouble with 2 controls but didnt really lose that much time. but slow running today on the course. i know this from seeing other people out on other courses at the time and having trouble keeping up with their speed. will have to work on that i think.
richard did 60 and eoin did about 55 i think. i should have been running faster but still a pretty good course and map. and overall a productive run. warmed down a little afterwards |

| after graveyard shift at work i was too stuffed to anything all day even after a long sleep. did a little study and that is about it. expected that though i just should have done more on friday but i wa having a lazy day i guess |

| arms felt sore today took forever for them to feel better so didnt do as many sprints as i was planning.
but didnt have my breast stroke rest laps this time and did it all freestyle with a little rest after every 250m |

| first time back to intervals in ages!!!!! oh the feeling of working so hard you feel like your lungs are goinhg to explode!!! i love it!!!

| wasnt the hardest clas today coz the music was pretty crap and the teacher was injuried but still a good class.
legs didnt feel too bad from yesterday but i did start feeling the left calf in the second half of the class but wasnt that bad |

| tried to pick out the pace today on and off. got 250m more out of the 30 min. felt pretty good considering this is only like the 2nd time i have swam in ages. will have to try some different things in the next few sessions. |
