| was at prac until late so couldnt go to kings park but ran with a friend the bridges course. was slower than i usually run as this is the first time she has done this length but glad to do some running at least |

| legs abit sore but not too bad. went a hilly route and abit of traffic which slowed me down in parts. pretty happy with speed otherwise. first time breaking the speed limit on a public road!!!! yayayay down the hill near UWA on the womens tri course |
