left hip quite sore today walking around. had to stand up a lot to help out with the women's tri this morning.
decided to do a gym work out instead of running. UL, core and gluts as previously.

Note

I felt pretty flat again today. I swear it is from not making myself get up to exercise in the morning. I will put this to the test next week.

takes about 400m to warm up but then feels better. Stopped at 1km. Will build it up from there.

Just wasn't feeling it today. I think having the morning off has screwed up with my day and I have been less than great and off with the fairies.

Piked on going longer. Didn't go to rock climbing either. Something must be wrong!

3 loops. didnt have it in me for a 4th. Felt the foot a little on the third but not too bad. Ali found another rabbit part. This time t was a lot more decomposed and had maggots. Yummy. She wouldn't give this one up.It is like she is trying to test my limits at the moment. She will not be allowed inside this morning.

my left hip wasn't very happy today. It does not like exercising in such a bent position. Felt better after about 30 min though.
Achilles and foot fine.
I am so slow.

Glad that I finally finished work in time to get to pump. First time with the new track. Pretty good although the tired legs really felt it during the lunges. Awwwwwww...
