Did a circuit of upper body exercises today using the new resistance bands the school has got: Bicep curls, Rowers etc. plus some core exercises, made out to be quite a good workout!

Wasn't a very hard training this week, spent most of the time making sure the year 7 kept going and didn't get lost. But enjoyed it either way :D
