WCOC Thursday - Sprint Series Keswick

Physically didn't feel great or give myself the warm up that I needed and was sluggish off the start. I felt like when I put in some effort in the first section it was harder than it should have been and left me feeling tired for the rest of the course.

Technically I was awful. I think that I wasn't in the right mindset, having forgotten all my o stuff and having no compass and an si 6. I took all the wrong routechoices and was slow. Zac dropped me... never mind
