Intervals - short and sharp.
Intended to do 30s on, 30s off, but the oval was too small/didn't want to spend too much time going round corners. So about 25s efforts. And a short walking break too in between.
Legs feeling pretty good. Ran sans mask for the first time in a long time, and it was pretty lovely :)
