Orienteering 18:01 [4] 2.5 km (7:12 / km)

Sprint quali, heat B.

Once I worked out which way to leave the start triangle, went ok. Legs struggled with the running in the sand.

A few more hesitations, but no mistakes. Apparently just not running fast enough.

Orienteering 15:57 [4] 2.83 km (5:38 / km) +39m 5:16 / km

Sydney sprint weekend. Sprint Relay.

Running last leg. Luckily I heard on the commentary that Bruce and Bryan had swapped teams.

Happy with my run. No mistakes, just a few hesitations and slightly suboptimal routes (on 4 and 6) . Aim for the race was to read ahead which I was doing ok at. Good fun, but a bit hot and sweaty.

Creek run to see if I could freshen up the legs. Did the loop in reverse, which I don't think I've ever done in the past 2 years I've been here. Legs seemed to feel ok.

Did 8 x 30s on, 30s off.

Another laneways session, with 4 hills thrown in too, and a Parade College map. Legs felt less shit than Sunday, which is positive :)

Around the laneways of the 'Burg. Took Geelong sprint map for some practice for next weekend. Legs felt really heavy when I started, but loosened up slightly.
