Sprint training around Clifton Hill and Quarries Park.
Legs/lungs felt rubbish - had one slow plodding pace only, but it felt like a massive effort. Only the garmin kept me pushing. Slow pace made the navigation easier though. A few legs where I'm not sure I got the best route.
Unfortunately I also seem to have picked up a curse - yesterday there was a car v bike collision just behind me (cyclist was kind of ok but lost some teeth and blood), tonight a car v train at the nearest crossing.
