4 x hill reps at Coburg Lake. It's been a loooong time since I did anything resembling intervals, so just did a few to remind myself how it works.

Run to Coburg Lake and back. A bit stop-start with traffic lights. Feeling ok. Still trying to keep cadence high as the physio recommended - seems to be going ok.
