Figured that as I didn't get out for my planned ride (or anything beyond walking to the supermarket and Vasili's) yesterday, I should ride today.

Really enjoyed the ride there - exploring some new places, St Columban's amazing garden, Niddrie shops. Only had to stop and ask for directions once.

This was stupid. Too windy.

Orienteering 56:23 [3] 7.63 km (7:23 / km) +245m 6:22 / km

Vic Club Relays. With Craig and James.

Windy, windy race. Wasn't really focused, losing a few seconds on 4 and 5 and 15. Went down to the river to 11, but should have gone down straighter to the nice running below instead of prancing through the artichoke thistle. Had the leg that took me back up to the top of the escarpment next. Did the last loop fine (apart from when I couldn't get where I wanted to because of the wind).

My clubmates came 1st, 2nd and 3rd on course 1 (and most of the others, I think) :)

Felt a bit low in energy when I finished (have been slack with iron and B12 lately).

Can't work out how to upload the Garmin anymore.

Out for a quick one after work drinks. Lovely weather today, but had crazy itchy eyes and throat when I got home from hayfever. Felt good on the run though (legs and eyes).

Running 31:00 [3]

Run from Jayne's sans Jayne. Did a lap of Prinny. Nice to run somewhere different (not that I have been running in Melbourne for a while). Felt good for about the first 3 mins, then hit a tired patch. Having other people around Prinny kept me going though. Took me back to the old college days.
