Longish run. Quicker than last time - must have been because it was raining today :)

Legs felt really knackered after about 35 mins, but came a bit better towards the end.


A bit worried about 4 Peaks this year!

2014 I was coming off the back of a solid 6 months' training.
2015 I was doing stairs for the Eureka climb.
2016 I have done next to nothing!

I guess I'll just have to take it easy and enjoy the extra time I get to spend in the mountains :) Looking forward to a birthday celebration on top of Hotham!

Orienteering 23:15 [3] 3.6 km (6:28 / km)

Sprint into Spring 1 - Eltham College.

Was NOT feeling on fine form today. Lost time standing around the corner from the first control, and just didn't have any zip in the legs. Missed a couple of optimum route choices and overran #15, but came equal first with Lanita on the hill climb.

Good training tips from Warren afterwards - have to try them out next week.

Street O control checking with Jayne. Actual approximate time running, but lots of stopping and looking for poles and walking.

Evening jog-ski around the streets. Felt really bad after about 8 mins, but kept going.
