Borrowed Dad's bike and went out for a #rideformike. Diamond Hill > Kangaroo Gully > Spring Gully. Beautiful out at Kangaroo Gully - I've forgotten how nice (and easy) the tracks are.

Better success in the dot watching today - a heads up from Jayne meant I left work with enough time to see Shell motor down Swanston St in the evening peak.

Feeling better running now, but still something is not right in my back of foot region.
