Running 23:00 [3] 3.0 km (7:40 / km)

Jogski around the tracks at Kimbolton. Figured I was less likely to hurt myself more if I didn't go cross country. Hip a bit sore from yesterday. Looking forward to running fast again, some time...

Swimming 33:20 [3] 1.25 km (26:40 / km)

Evening swimmity swim. I think I did 50 laps, but it's hard to count.

Tried a bit of breathing on my left (after the pool cleared out and I had the lane to myself). Still very unco at it, but didn't drown (and only swallowed water once).

Just waiting until I get a shoulder injury from swimming and can't do anything at all.

Diamond Hill Sth.

Course 3 :) Hipster actually felt ok when I started running, but managed to tweak it in an erosion gully on the way to #1, which wasn't great. Just plodded around.

Thursday May 3 #

Swimming (pull buoy) 28:00 [3] 1.05 km (26:40 / km)

Evening swim. Bandaids = 1

Did a few power laps where I only breathed every 6 strokes. Nice when it's quiet after everyone else has gone home.

May have done an extra 2 laps to take the total to 44, but lost count at one stage.

Wednesday May 2 #

Running 12:00 [3] 1.7 km (7:04 / km)

Jog with a slightly sore hip :( It had been mildly sore all day - possibly due to the physio upping the ante with my exercises.

Ran past the pool, but probably should have gone in for a swim instead. Not looking forward to having to pay for it now Active April is over!

Something was burning on Sydney Rd so it smelt more like kebab than usual.
