Jogski around the tracks at Kimbolton. Figured I was less likely to hurt myself more if I didn't go cross country. Hip a bit sore from yesterday. Looking forward to running fast again, some time...

Evening swimmity swim. I think I did 50 laps, but it's hard to count.
Tried a bit of breathing on my left (after the pool cleared out and I had the lane to myself). Still very unco at it, but didn't drown (and only swallowed water once).
Just waiting until I get a shoulder injury from swimming and can't do anything at all.
