Little jog at home. Slow and cautious, but hip feeling better :)

Had intended to go yesterday afternoon too, but too long faffing round in the morning, then getting stuck behind an accident on a train replacement bus meant it was dark when I got home.

Went straight from a conference (via mulled cider and chips) and forgot my goggles. Unfortunately most of the loaner (forgotten) ones were kids size, but better than nothing.

Feeling pretty wrecked and the aqua aerobics class was creating a lot of waves!

Getting a bit over this not being able to run business. Was a bit uncomfortable tonight, but I have trouble pinpointing where it's actually sore. Somewhere in the groin/hip/glute region. Not too bad though. Didn't feel like I was running that slowly.
