NOL Inside the Fence (just realised that is actually the name on the map :) )
I enjoyed running this! Wasn't really in NOL mindset after taking the train home and riding to the event - could hardly get a NOL more convenient (Diamond Hill next year, anyone?).
Given I haven't really run lately (but hip has been feeling better the last week or so), just wanted to get through it and not do any more damage. Also wanted to have a clean run. Hip felt ok (thanks anti-inflams), and nav at that pace wasn't too bad (although a few slip ups). My pre-race plan of looking for the big features, and contours, worked well.
The logical part of my brain was happy with the run, but the other part of my brain would have liked to be higher up the results list. Hopefully able to build back to some training...
