Kooyoora Gullies.

First time braving course 1 for a while. Think I can say my hip is recovered - now to build back and get my confidence back too.

Pleasant jog around Kooyoora, at a steady pace (I could only go one speed). Saw a few people out, and just managed to hold Ted off at the finish, although he still beat me.

Coburg arterials jog. Shins a little sore for a while in the middle of the run, possibly because I was wearing Mum's old shoes because mine are still wet from Sunday.

Sunday morning long run.

Wet. Had a wedding in the arvo, so had to go out and brave the weather. It was pleasant and dry when I started, and I thought I'd overdressed, but then the rain started. Was really tipping it down when I went past Coburg Lake. Had a very slow k or so in the middle when I forgot how slippery and sticky the mud around here gets and just tiptoed around near the Kodak factory (and saw some guys trying to get their vehicle out after setting up for a planting event).
