MelBushO at Yanakie Block.

Not quite what I expected (more open paddocks, and thicker bush at the same time). Slogged around, and lost about 5 mins on #12. Feeling pretty tired.

Saturday morning slow long jog and chores.

Dropped my soft plastic to the supermarket, went up the Merri/Edgars to Edwardes Lake, did a lap of the aths track, lap of the lake and back. Then went to Officeworks, and finished at the Farmers Market (much busier at 11am than 9.30am). Felt like a real slog from about 2k up to Reservoir, but found a little bit of energy out there.

Just a short one after I overdid it yesterday.

Top of right hammy/glute a bit niggly. 5' steady, 10' fartlek, 5' steady.

Outside the fence. Lap of the res, which was longer than I remembered (or was I just slower?).

Quite pleasant out - sunshine as I'd waited until the fog had lifted. Legs feeling very tired by the end and lungs feeling out of breath.
