Saturday morning soft plastic drop off and bread purchasing.
Similar route to two weeks ago, except without a stop at Officeworks. Had to go up and back on the same side of Edgars Creek as it was too high to cross without getting wet feet. Last 2ish km were a struggle!
6 x Coburg Lake hill reps. This session had it all - hills, and also took a map to read in the recoveries (it just happened to be Nerrina - hoping to peak for the Eureka event on Sunday).
Just snuck in under the hour. Navigation was mostly pretty good, except for a miss on the shortest leg of the course, and at the end of the second long leg. Looking at splits, I shouldn't have gone over the hill on the first long leg. The course generally seemed to take longer than it should have.
