Note

Physio said my hamstring is a new injury! Mixing it up. She did point out that maybe I did something to it when I fell. Anyway, no Vic Champs but hopefully better for Aus Champs.

My brain keeps forgetting there are beautiful fairy lights in Coburg Mall, and I get a lovely surprise each time I run through there :) :)

No idea how long I actually took.

People in my lane meant I was resting a lot less than I usually do! Good workout.

Orienteering 59:07 [3] 5.4 km (10:57 / km)

Bendigo Tarrengower.

Was a bit discombobulated at the start without the tracks/roads on the map. Slightly too high to 1, even higher at 2 (had been looking for the little gullies coming right off the main gully, but they were up the hill a bit), then may have accidentally lost where I was and cut through the quarry out of bounds to 3. To be fair, the fence isn't on the map.

Did better once I got into the rocks. Lots of climb - was a bit of a slog!
