Back to little Coburg pool. Super quiet when I got there - only one other lap swimmer in the 4 lanes. Much easier than the 50m pool!

Rode the Merri-Ring Road-Darebin loop.

Left home in sunshine, returned home in sunshine :) And fortunately the period of hail and torrential rain was quite short, and quite close to home.

My foot hurts :( This is quite worrying and almost as disappointing as the hot cross buns.

Ran around a grassy oval to try and give it some respite (although not as much as not running...). Took the metronome to keep to 180 steps per min, but was struggling to keep up by the end. Also just generally feeling fairly wrecked this week. Grumble grumble grumble.

6 x 14 floors at 8 Nicholson St - which is allegedly going to be home again from Friday the 12th... Didn't see that coming so soon. And presumably once we're back the whole building will be open and I'll be able to do all 19 floors in one go.
