3 x Lyrebird Track in the Dandenongs.

Heart wasn't really in it for some reason, and it felt like a bit of a chore. Too many people about! About 15 mins up each time (15'30, 15'05 for the 2nd and 3rd ones). Plus a bit extra to and from the station.

Evening jog up Edgars Creek from the Coburg aths track and back. Nice to get out along the creek.

Unfortunately didn't really make the most of finishing work early, and it got dark part way through the run.

Vic Relays. Bendigo #2 team.

Match race with Blair. Finally got in front of him, before losing loooots of time on the first control in the green. Not surprising really, given I didn't really have a plan. Found the track, but didn't relocate properly off it. Looked around in the bush a bit more, went back to the track to work it out. Still not quite sure where I hit the track the first time. Bit annoying, but the rest of the race was good. Legs felt a bit tired at the start, and there were more hills than I expected!
