Got a bit of a cold - not feeling terrible, but not amazing. Went out for a creek/river jog. Very pleasant, although actually all on concrete. Still working out the 'hood.

Creswick spriddle.

Saw a disproportionate number of Eureka people out there - Aislinn for a few controls near the start, then Geoff near the end. Couldn't keep up with either of them. Legs had no zip for this - theme for the weekend. Navigation generally ok, but lost contact a little on 2. Brain and leg tired by the end!

Vic Middle Distance Champs - Creswick Diggings

Nothing too special, but nothing disastrous, either. Lost contact a bit on 15/16/20 but not too badly. Lost a minute on 19 - I went far left and around the back of the erosion trying to avoid the cliffs and green, but still found gorse the way I went. Again, legs felt pretty tired getting around.

Autumn Series

Very happy with the decision to run course 2. Fairly early start and didn't really see anyone much out there on my course. Was a bit high on 2, but that was probably the only time loss. Running didn't feel super easy.
