The long-awaited CB PB Challenge at Parkville Parkrun :) Finished middle of the CB pack.

All felt like fairly hard work. Picked up the pace a little bit after some quality high-5s from the cheer squad and was shoulder to shoulder with a guy the whole way to the finish (except he just got me).

1x hard, 1x easy, 2 loops half hard, half easy, 2 loops quarter on, quarter off.

Felt ok, although legs a bit randomly sore and niggly after myo yesterday.

Managed to tick off Jayne's easy recovery run and my longer run :)

Left from home and ran to hers, did 5k to and around Prinny, then ran home again. Good motivation to get out in the rain, and it had even stopped by the time we finished.
