Run Club, but was not feeling it tonight (combination of work stress and period pain :( )

Joined the intervals group, which was doing a downhill session. Did a couple but just didn't have the energy for it. Stopped and just watched people running, which I really enjoyed and was quite interesting.

Managed to remember all of shoes, torch and sports bra, but forgot my bike lock this week. Did loan someone my torch when I wasn't running though, so maybe I'll get some memory karma next time.

Reliving the glory days of the Wednesday morning CB Boulie roll :)

Had a terrible dream early in the morning that my alarm didn't go off and I didn't wake up until an hour after I was meant to meet Clare and couldn't contact her and it was a disaster. But in reality I was only a couple of minutes late :)

Slightly chilly morning and I wasn't really feeling it, but lovely to be out! CB1's Durham legs served her well on the hills. Cruised around for 1 lap (1-way) of the Boulie and then continued on around the river into town.
