Decided to run c3 in case my ankle wasn't happy. Felt ok with brace on though. Pushed fairly hard for the whole course - I really enjoy the odd run on course 3!
Midday jog around Yarra Bend. Legs feeling ok :) Although unsurprisingly the last few kms felt hard. Raining when I left home, but mostly sunny so had to carry my coat.
Did my calf exercises beforehand, and nothing hurt when I started running (but got a bit sore later).
