Stirling Interpretive Loop with Jayne.

Walked the start, then jogged between huts. Legs feeling quite rubbish. Long slog to finish off, given the brochure had seemingly mismeasured the distance. Lots more lovely snow gums :)

Buller village loop with Jayne. Loved playing on the bike tracks through the snow gums and Stylidiums :) :)

Warm up. Legs sooo sluggish.

Clara fartlek.

Couldn't remember the maths for the Mona fartlek, but didn't need the extra 4 mins anyway. Legs tired, and lungs fairly out of breath too.

Made it to Princes Park mostly almost on time.

Just did my own thing and got the controls I wanted (ie. jogging around the park), so halfway between C and B course. Thought I'd dnf'ed anyway, but the big black "x" were actually crossings, not 'don't go heres'.

Lovely evening out! Positive sign is that even though my legs still feel very slow running, they are actually going a bit quicker.
