Decided yesterday was too hot and smokey by the time I was awake, so skipped training. Made it out this morning for a slightly long-ish run (ie. long by my standards). Felt very slow at the start, but got into it. Fairly warm and sweaty. Negated the effect of the run with a giant deep fried spring roll at the market.

Clara fartlek.

Faster! Was pushing quite hard, and feeling quite good. Made it back right on time.

A bit smokey out, which made my throat a bit unhappy afterwards :(

Short pre-trivia jog to return some library books and get some exercise. Was running later than I wanted to be.

Legs didn't feel amazing but was actually running way faster than usual after I'd dropped the books off. I think I had a bit of work rage, but didn't expect it to make me quicker.
